I worked for nine years for Rite Aid managing their online Pharmacy Benefit Managers and Local Area Clients in their pharmacy processing software. I also worked for six years in their Pharmacy Help Desk resolving point of sale rejections the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians would receive when they processed claims. Occasionally I worked with Medical Providers and frequently I worked Insurance Companies to resolve customer complaints and insurance disputes. I performed CMS Medicare Audits and worked with some Medicare, Auto and Workman's Comp providers as well when processing issues arose that would affect our ability to process claims to their servers.When I was in college I worked in Customer Service positions at a Comfort Inn where developed my customer service skills and found an enjoyment for working with the general public.I am not afraid of hard work, or learning a new business and I'm willing put int the work in order make a difference in the lives of the customers or patients I would serve.
