I worked on a project focused on the e-commerce marketplace Groupon following its acquisition by PFC. I analyzed the company's initial steps toward a new strategic direction. The fund eventually invested in Groupon, purchasing 2 million shares. All my work was done remotely, with weekly meetings between Prague and NYC to discuss future steps.

Participated in a 3-week internship working at an investment firm MDC Astrolabe SIVAC PIc. I undertook training focused on the investment process, including everything ranging from the selection of the investment instrument by the portfolio manager, stock buying and selling, trade recording, back-office reports, and risk management.
