Since Sept 2000, I have been involved in commercial activities (with a B-to-B profile), customer technical support and in the develop of different recipes for gelatins, jams, jellies and similar products, confectionery products and bakery. My knowledge includes aspects about nutrition facts, regulatory affairs, food safety, HACCP and the last modern tools related to R&D. Also, with experience supporting Latin American customers and distributors, through applications, trainings and Q&A activities.
