Innovative internship program designed to offer a distinguished technical and managerial education to engineering students, through the development of technical projects in partnership with internationally recognized Brazilian companies (WHIRLPOOL/EMBRACO S.A. and WEG S.A.), and an institution of technology and innovation, CERTI. Highlights:- Responsible for the technical training of new and current members of the group. Created a training course in LabVIEW programming for new members that is still in use today.- Management of small projects (3-4 months) and teams;- Strategic planning of the group, based on the BSC methodology;- Presentation of seminars to develop oratory and communication skills;
