I have been described by past managers as a very hard-working, knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff member. This can be seen from my past roles especially during my 3 years at McDonalds in which I helped the reoccurring influx of new staff members with their roles and responsibilities, this was from being given many duties by management such as 'running the kitchen' and more. As a passionate sportsperson I have always carried out roles within this sector ranging from coaching football to many ages to refereeing. I have also helped around sport businesses such as Powerleague who I also carried out my placement hours with for my University Course. Additionally I have worked in a bar on Leeds United matchdays for which busy times were always handled successfully and again I became a valuable and trusted member of the team. Group work is always enjoyable for me as I enjoy overcoming challenges in the most effective way with help of other staff members who can add value to work. My qualifications in both education and leisure time reflect my ability to work successfully for any company as I can easily adapt to many changing situations.
