- Manage EMS relationships in China, Mexico and domestically to ensure successful ONT product launchto our end customer's.- Manage and ensure all materials are being driven and builds executed with EMS partners to meetEngineering requirements for > 10 new products. Key product is Verizon Fios.- Manage materials related to ONT products with EMS partners to.

- Buy and expedite electronic components to ensure customer deliveries are met.- Schedule incoming material to ensure material arrived "just in time" for scheduled builds.- Participated in weekly material status meetings with customers and management.- Meet with vendors regarding cost control, on-time delivery, and lead-time fluctuations.- Manage vendor.

- Oversee and delegate work to all stockroom employees under the direction of the warehouse manager.- Maintained accurate materials inventory, picking orders, overage control, and daily receiving.- Worked with vendors to troubleshoot and solve any inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, andother inventory issues.-Work together with Program management.

- Responsible for customer interaction for order placements and confirmations- Responsible for the opening and closure of facility as well as running the operational reports daily- Responsible for customer feedback and recommended actions needed
