Making improvements to plant productivity, developing problem solving skills, along with gathering experience in, manufacturing, chemical processes, and plant energy through a variety of projects. • Managed the implementation of an IET, Item and Event Tracking, system in the Zero Interruption Process building for data gathering and pack change efficiency • Identified the lack of IET usage in the Bulk Continuous Filament building, and initiated the solution by writing a system troubleshooting guide for the Shaw technical engineers • Created and initiated a new process for utilities rounds data gathering for convenience of operators, that simultaneously provides the plant with real time data visualizations of the information
