• Lead Electrician, responsible for processing and completion of electrical trouble calls and corrective maintenance on production equipment valued in excess of 65 million dollars (including KBA printing presses, Fanuc Robotics, Kuka Robotics, Bobst die cutters and gluers, Horauf forming machines and PMC forming machines).• Installs and maintains 480V 3 phase industrial power, motors, compressors and all associated wiring including step-up/down transformers, horsepower is not a problem.• Performs corrective maintenance on production equipment Designed and retrofit paper shredding and reclaim system flawlessly into existing system without interrupting normal operations.• Ensures all plant construction upgrades are completed on time and within set budget.• Performs preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize mean time between failures (MTBF).
