Key Account Manager
CurrentResponsible for the effective management, sustainment and growth of allocated major accounts, promoting and selling Liebherr products and services, as well as sourcing new customers.Key Duties.• Facilitate the overall relationship.• Maintain an in depth understanding of the Key Account's organization.• Clearly understand the corporate mission; vision, values and objectives of the Key Account and ensure these are articulated consistently across Liebherr regional affiliates.• Establish and maintain effective business relationships. • Understand Key Account's business drivers and ensure that this information guides the delivery of aligned solutions from Liebherr.• Facilitate the effective supply of information that is sourced through various channels of the Liebherr organization and ensure it is presented in a timely and professional manner to the Key Account.• Ensure a forecast of equipment and major component requirements is developed and maintained; and incorporated within the supporting regional Liebherr affiliates business planning process and communicated to the factories.• In conjunction with regional Liebherr representatives, provide support and assistance as required for compilation and submission of commercial proposals in a timely manner to a consistently professional standard.• Engage where required on commercial matters and to facilitate resolution.
