• Eight years PFI experience on a large multi school BSF contract.
• In charge of the hard FM budget for reactive and planned maintenance.
• Ensuring PPM completion and Reactive completion meet KPI’s and SLA’s.
• Monthly contract and FM meetings with the local authority, LEP, SPV. Collating minutes and actioning. Utilise action trackers to ensure owners respond in a timely manner.
• Manage small works projects and ANC’s, from initial instruction, through the review and tender process through to client sign off. Ensuring the scope of work meets client expectations and, that liabilities are.
• Monitoring subcontractor planned maintenance and reactive activities on site to ensure they are delivered in line with service requirements and contractual obligations.
