As a leisure professional I gained my Level 2 NVQ in customer service, I then moved on and transferred my supporting skills into a school environment where I was a learning support assistant, these expereinces then allowed me the opportunity to work as an activity leader at Schools Out Activities and as a a Casual Football Coach at Norwich City. My football coaching journey begins as a volunteer at Framlingham Town U15-16, where I earned my BT playmaker Award, FA introduction to coaching, and UEFA C coaching license. After 2 great, fun, and developmentally appropriate seasons, I joined Debenham FC U17's before embarking on an exciting coaching opportunity in America. Education-wise, I'm currently learning and growing on an online course with PSV Coaching Academy, where I have gained invaluable knowlegde and honed my coaching skills. This experience has opened my eyes to new opportunitiesand pathways that I want to achieve as a coach- working at elite levels and even exploring the pathways that comes from coaching in the womens game.My eagerness to learn and develop doesn't stop there. Football is a growing game and is always changing which leads me to the desire to learn, study, and understand more about football/sport anaylsis.I believe that this is a key apsect of the game and will enhance my coaching methods and feel this would take me to the next level.As a coach, I have become an effective communicator, positive role model, and a well-organised professional. I enthusiastic about every opportunity I get and approach every situation with a growth mindset, always willig to improve and help others reach their potential.
