Grogans is one of Dublin's most well known and busiest traditional pubs, located on South William Street, Dublin 2. The pubs walls are adorned with paintings and pictures by local artists which are sold in house, with no commission. I began working in Grogans in the summer of 2014 as a lounge staff whilst on summer holidays from school, and have continued to work there since, moving into a bar role when I turned 18 and I am now serving as the longest serving part time staff working in the establishment. Responsibilities include preparing and serving drinks, handling cash and distributing change to customers, providing outstanding customer service in a fast paced environment, whilst I have also been given the responsibility of opening the pub in the morning time to take in deliveries.

First line IT support for head office, 4 regional warehouses and 200 stores in Ireland. Providing support for various Windows clients, Mac OS, iOS/Android and in house applications.Rapidly responding to alerts from monitoring systems.Escalating incidents to third parties.Managing projects and sourcing/implementing improvements to the business. Creating and maintaining support documentation for the department and end users. Providing hands-on IT training to end users and presenting at induction days.Ordering IT equipment and accessories from suppliers.Technologies used include: IBM Lotus Notes, Active Directory, SCCM, SAP, SharePoint (inc. Nintex), MobileIron/DEP, Office 365.
