Such duties include: managing the team selection process for players and coaches, creation and management of budgets for each team/event and organizing transportation, accommodation and food for all participants of ATO.o Responsible for general finance/bookkeeping duties including, but not limited to: the safe and orderly management of the Council’s financial and business records, reviewing and seeking approval of all ISWO’s expenses, assisting in the preparation and finalization of ISWO’s financial statements, and sitting on ISWO’s Finance and Budget Committee.o Assist with the bid process and delivery of major games (ex. The North American Indigenous Games, The Masters Indigenous Games).o Responsible for the management of all ISWO student positions (internship and paid), which includes managing relationships with colleges and universities, coordinating job postings and the interview process, and reporting, as required.o Assist in the creation, identification, application and management processes of ISWO’s grants, sponsorship and other revenue generation strategies.
