From the day I recieved my National Insurance Number I have been in work. I started my journey at Tesco Stores Stevenage on checkouts. I became multi skilled on Bakery, Butchery, Fishmonger and Home Delivery sections. I left Stevenage in 2013 under the 'options' management programme. I became home delivery team leader at Tesco Hatfield for 1 year before moving on again too Tesco Borehamwood as Home Delivery Driver Manager. I was there for 2 years until I decided to change career paths. In 2016 I joined Rentokil Pest Control with no prior experience. I was given full in depth training and after 6 months I achieved my BPCA Level 2 in pest management. After a year I moved into sales and became a surveyor. This was a role I found very challenging. After 1 year I decided that the role wasn't for me and returned to being a technician. When returning to the technician role I was given more responsibility with bigger sites and food factories added to my area. In 2019 I achieved my BPCA Level 3 Pest Management Qualification. November 2021 I accepted the role of Field Biologist at Heathrow and surrounding areas.December 2023 became a Certified Field Biologist level 4 BPCA Food Safety Level 3 QualifiedI really enjoy the technical hands on role within the company. I am confined space trained, PASMA, IPAF Trained and much more.
