Development reservoir engineering role for Oklahoma’s STACK and SCOOP unconventional resource play.Focused on maximizing value to Encana by efficient Cube development and production of the Oklahoma resources.Newfield was acquired by Encana in February 2019, and rebranded Ovintiv.

Designed and supervised completion activities including well prep, stimulation, and drill-outs in Oklahoma’s SCOOP and STACK unconventional resource plays.

Designed, implemented, and supervised completion activities for 44 horizontal well completions in the Mid-Continent region, including the Woodford, Cleveland, Tonkawa, Cottage Grove, and Granite Wash formations. Sourced vendor services associated with the well completion to identify the lowest cost/highest value options available, including self-sourcing of fracturing services and materials. Developed and implemented a cost effective produced water treatment method for use in fracture stimulations. Managed an $8.2 Million dollar produced water reuse project consisting of water treatment, storage, and pipelines with 3+ Million Bbls of produced water recycled prior to asset sale.

Led a technical team of 112 personnel including Region Technical Managers and Special Project Leads, who oversaw the engineering, district laboratory and product training supporting Nabors Completion Service's ongoing operations.

Led a team of 18 engineering personnel supporting field operations in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas.Provided technical guidance to the Mid‐Continent engineering and sales teams supporting Cement and Fracturing product lines with combined sales revenue exceeding $30 million per month.Implemented service quality improvements, as measured by the customer’s score card, for key clients in the Mid-Continent through field visits, root cause analysis coupled with identification and implementation of best practices.Additional experience with Nabors and Superior Well Services (Acquired by Nabors) included both Field Engineering and Technical Sales roles.
