Oversee the daily activity of 40 institutional non-qualified plans (409A) while maintaining a book of 15 independent client non-qualified plans. In my role, I performed daily audits of plan distributions, provided daily plan activity reports to plan sponsors, brokers, and trust representatives. Responsible for quality control of all transactions that were posted to the plans by our internal processing team. When necessary, I on boarded new client plans by assisting our implementation team. Provided monthly SLA reporting to our largest client and prepared monthly billings. Worked remotely two days per week.

Directed the administration of Non-Qualified Plans while handling the regulatory activities for Broker Dealer. Audited all transactions that were posted to the plans and provided reports and reconciliations to plan sponsors, brokers, and trust representatives. Supplied audited quarterly participant statements and plan sponsor reports. Worked directly with plan sponsors, brokers, and trust representatives to insure all plan activity was tracked accurately. Maintained records for all registered representatives that held their licenses with the broker dealer.

Oversaw the administration of 20 client’s 401K plans by working closely with the plan sponsors and internal team of processors. Performed daily reconciliations to insure plans remained compliant. Gathered data annually for compliance testing. Prepared and audited quarterly participant statements and plan sponsor reports.
