Monitor and analyse pupil progress and attainment data within the curriculum area alongside ABA supervisors and class teachers• Ensure relevant curriculum area is an integral part of the pupils’ differentiated curriculum; Lead a whole staff meeting relevant to the designated area with appropriate colleagues (minimum of one per year)• Together with the senior leadership team (SLT) of the school, contribute to, monitor and review the impact of teaching on pupil progress in the designated curriculum area (including a minimum of one joint lesson observation per term with a member of SLT• Monitor standards of data collection and implementation practices as relevant to your designated area across the school• Review long and medium term planning annually• Present a ‘quality of provision’ report each year to school senior leaders and/or governors• Provide support for colleagues within your area of responsibility promoting a whole school approach

As a member of a class team, to provide excellent ABA/VB teaching to children and young people with autism and associated learning difficulties. To support the Class teacher and ABA Supervisors in ensuring the daily needs of our pupils are met in a professional, competent, safe and fun school environment.
