I am currently in this job role helping customers understand and choose specific and tailored insurance policies from Motor , Home and Contents to landlords insurance(s) also finding hidden needs that the customer(s) may not know about e.g. Combining insurance to receive larger discounts and no claim bonus discounts. Helping customers by sending them tax documents to certificate of currencies to provide to banks and financial companies.

Changing all their details from Business Names as long as it conforms to sensis rules and regulations as well as ASIC.Changing all yellow Print products from Telephone Numbers to addresses. I also have to maintain a average QCM (Quality Control) of calls of over 86%, I have managed to constantly keeping a average of well over 90%. One month I was the highest average between Melbourne and Sydney Changes Teams

Serving customers explaining different features of shavers and other electronic equipment suited for specific people for specific needs. End of day banking including banking the money , getting change and making sure the paper work is up to date including end of day receipts and sales logs. Making sure the store is clean and up to date changing window displays and merchandising the store so it has a fresh look every week promoting the various products we stock.
