CurrentI am a litigation and arbitration lawyer with a focus and interest in technology, telecommunications, intellectual property, franchising / licensing transactions and data protection. He has a keen interest in blockchain technology, cybersecurity, digital payment and other aspects of the knowledge-based economy.I have successfully led several high stakes cases including appeals, trials and applications before the High Court, the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, and Subordinate Courts. He has also been involved in matters before the Court of Appeal.My clients include large multinational corporations, private equity funds, as well as start-ups and individuals from a range of industries including telecommunications, energy, infrastructure, pharmaceutical, education and media. He has acted in a number of cross-border licensing and investments disputes, shareholder disputes, as well as infrastructure and construction disputes.
