I am a seeker with the purpose of studying and working for the expansion of human potential, sharing learning through lectures and mentorships focused on: Conscious Leadership, Team Building and Emotional Health.My quest for continuous development has already led me to several studies and training courses such as:B.A. in Marketing Management, MBA in Strategic Management (FGV), complete training course in Coaching and Mentoring (ICP), Specialization in Transactional Analysis, Advanced Experiential Facilitation (Kreative Action - Germany), Search Inside Yourself Teacher Certification (SIYLI - California), just to name a few.Life rewarded me with the early need to take on a leadership role, managing a family business that guaranteed our livelihood. For this responsibility, from a very early age I began to study leadership and people management.Since then, it has been more than 30 years in leadership positions. But it was in 2008 that I finally decided to do business as an entrepreneur exclusively in the area of ​​human development, having since then co-founded 4 companies and 1 institute.As a speaker and a workshop facilitator, I have worked for more than 200 organizations, reaching more than 50 thousand participants in more than 20 Brazilian states and 10 other countries. Some of the well-known companies I have attended to recently are: Grupo Boticário, SICREDI, CNH Industrial, Aurora Alimentos, Federation of Industries of Mato Grosso do Sul and Paraná, SIM Soluções, ContaAzul, CredPago, among others.A curiosity of my life is the daily practice of meditation, and the silent retreats that I have been undertaking regularly. This journey, which was initially a personal quest, ended up pushing me towards deeper experiences of self-knowledge, mindfulness and emotional management.Here is a being at the disposal of those who believe in the importance of people's development, whether for strategic reasons for their company or because, like me, they have this as a purpose in life.
