-Oversees Chatham clinic, along with a staff of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, PT aides and admin staff-Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment-Provides leadership and direction to the team-Implements evidence-based rehab programs tailored to the needs of individual patients-Ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service-Supervises and mentors therapists, providing guidance and support as needed-Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to create interdisciplinary treatment plans-Marketing, physician relations, and community outreach within the Chatham community and surrounding areas
