• My role at Wakefords Fireplaces was varied and included a range of responsibilities in both the office and showroom. As a small team of two it was important to be available to customers either in the showroom or over.
• Assisting walk in customers with information, this could include; finding and suggesting manufacturing companies products for their needs, giving advice based on their descriptions of the work involved, explaining.
• Organising and project managing, including creating the worksheets for fitters, paperwork for the office records, ordering items and taking them in, marking delivery notes against the received items and chasing any.
• Surveying the homes of customers to confirm the proposed project can be completed.
• Cleaning and maintaining the showroom along with altering display products, this included choosing new items to have on display and creating the POS for them.

• My role as a Sony representative involved having in depth knowledge of the Sony product range and assisting the staff in store. It was also my responsibility to make sure the products were on display, working and.

My Role at DM Prism was an on the phone, customer service role. The job involved taking calls from a range of different clients and helping the customers with whatever issues they had. In total I worked with four separate clients, including the RNLI. When there were no calls it was my job to open posted orders/requests and call customers with outstanding.
