Oversees the exhibition selection process and assists the development office in articulating program vision and project goals to prospective funders and other internal and external stakeholders.Supervises and reviews the work of the exhibitions department of 18-45 full-time employees including specialized curatorial, research, design, project management, production, interactive and media development, lighting design, exhibit maintenance and clerical support staff. Manages a department payroll of plus/minus $2 million per year.
