Oversee daily operation and maintenance of the Nashville Campus buildings which include AM-1, AO-1 and AW-1: supervise a crew of 3 to 6 Dell/Emcor employee's in performing preventatiive maintenance on building cooling equipment and auxilary equipment, direct work flow through the use of Corigo work order system, monitor and make adjustments to the buildings EM system. Maintain parts and supply chain, P.O.C. for project management, Maintain records and coordinate FLS certification and testing

Managed a crew and contractors in the maintenance and operation of all building systems, portfolio included a class "A" high rise office building, several mid-rise mixed use buildings and several office -park facilities. Was Project Manager on several major tennant improvments and building mechanical system upgrades!

Managed the facilities team in providing services to employee's; maintained data center support opertions, provided move-services and other internal support. Acted as P.O.C. for tennants for leased areas of corporate office. Created line-item budgets for operation of building and support services. Project Manager on several major building mechanical and office area upgrades!
