Data And Assessment Manager
CurrentEnsure that data for all students is complete and accurate. Plan, oversee and set up whole academy electronic reporting at regular intervals as indicated on the academic calendar and to produce reports by deadlines set. Produce analysis of KS3, KS4 and KS5 qualifications to include analysis by subject, class, teacher, sub groups of results. Produce regular summaries for all year groups in different formats of student achievement data to enable staff to monitor progress against targets. Complete the statutory school census at prescribed times throughout the school year. To develop new systems to analyse and present data. Maintain the School Management Information System and the 4Matrix analytical tool. To design and produce student reports showing whole year attainment, attitude and targets to be sent to parents/guardians. Overall planning and management of the external and internal examination process across KS3, KS4 and KS5 groups ensuring systems and processes are in place to meet all of the examination boards and school requirements and to produce all result day information for students and staff.
