I consider myself lucky because of the opportunities I've found in the line of work I love so much. I have a wide range of experience in design and drafting, but my true passion lies in residential detailing and design. I've always tried to broaden my abilities as a designer by learning different software. I am proficient in AutoCAD and Vectorworks for the assembly of construction drawings for residential and light commercial projects. I also possess a working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Chief Architect.As I mentioned, I love the details of each project and I've worked in estimating and writing specifications for projects down to the smallest of these details. I come from a family of artists and creatives from sign painters to field stone masons. A passion for the outdoors is almost a necessity in my family. I try to bring this balance to each project to ensure the structure is part of the site, and not just an addition to it. I like meeting new people and hearing new perspectives.
