Key achievements:- A significant focus on staff motivation and retention, contributing to 98% of clients surveyed, rating the company overall good or excellent, since 2010. - Worked with a dedicated team, to negotiate exclusive supplier contracts and created barriers to market entry, resulting in up to 50% of the UK school trip market to Iceland, travelling with Discover the World. - Initiated and managed a number of exclusive strategic partnerships, providing a significantly wider reach to our target audience.- Initiated the development of numerous multi-award-winning teaching resources, teacher training courses and other original marketing initiatives of which contributed to approximately 20% of our target audience being added to the company database.
