Tyre Design Engineer within the Motorsport department of Cooper Tire Cooper Tire & Rubber Company Europe, supporting both Cooper Tire and Avon Tyre Motorsport products. Primarily focused on the design, development and testing of new/ existing products within our motorsport portfolio and also providing track side support globally at events. The role also covered supporting the motorsport production facility in the UK with factory technical support, product industrialisation and quality control. Experience in operating a variety of test equipment at our rig testing facility.Department lead on tyre legislation and certification of new products I have played and active role representing the company at Motorsport UK and FIA tyre working groups.
