I worked with venues such as Oak Mountain Amphitheater, BJCC, Workplay, and other music venues. I managed over 150 major events, concerts and festivals with crowds up to 5,000 and staffs as large as 150 people at my company. I also owned a Driver recruitment company helping Snider National for 2 years. I have held minority ownership in 2 bars for 4 years. I created Imagine Music Festival which has grossed over 50 million in sales as of 2019.I grew up in in the restaurant business helping my parents from a very early age. I was raised by a former military father and accounting mother. They taught me respect, leadership, honesty, mathematics and hard work. I attended college for 3 years until I started my first business. For over 10 years I ran my own successful event planning and management company. We hosted many charity events and Fund raisers for Cancer, the Troops, Tornado Relief, Katrina and other causes. Team work is something I strive for by working hard, I try to motivate a staff and not just dictate to them. I have a strong sense of ownership and pride for businesses.
