I have more than seven years of experience in the operations and construction industry, and I am currently an FC Associate and a Learning Ambassador at Amazon. My mission is to support the fulfillment center's goals and standards by using my core competencies in leadership, Safety, Training, Problem Solving, and Forklift OperationAs a Learning Ambassador, I train new and existing associates on the processes and procedures of the fulfillment center, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. I also provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring to help them improve their performance and confidence. As an Outbound Associate, I pick, pack, and ship customer orders, using various technologies and equipment. I have received multiple recognitions for my accuracy, speed, and customer focus. I am passionate about learning new skills, sharing best practices, and empowering my team members to perform at their best. Currently a ASC (associate safety committee) Team Member for the last 2.5 yrs working on various projects thru out facility to ensure the safety of all Amazonians, such as 5S Taping, Safety walks/Audits, Safety stand downs & Audio Metric Testing for all Amazonians. My goal has always been to change the way Associates think about safety not just in the workplace but home as well.
