As a key member of the UK Transportation team I am primarily responsible for the development and relationship management of the Delivery Services Providers (DSPs).Responsibilities• Responsible for growth of Delivery Services Providers (DSPs) in their region and ensuring availability of labour supply for both new and existing sites• Accountable for proactively managing the relationship across suppliers acting as the key point of contact for all matters• Creation of account management plans whilst communicating and reviewing service performance statistics• Leading the account review and rate review process both internally and externally• Account management of operations and other internal Amazon resources to deliver feedback on behalf of the DSP. i.e. become the conscience of the supplier• Liaising with the Senior Operations teams both for ‘run’ and ‘build’ departments• Supporting the Senior DSP Manager to grow the DSP network as required

As a Senior Regional Manager I am responsible for the operational performance and final mile metric output to customers. I achieve the highest standards and SLA’s within a set budget. Managing a team of 3 regional delivery managers across the south east of England. Also developing and managing a field team from our main site in Gatwick, where I am responsible for 10 managers who are field based. Maximise the percentage of Courier deliveries and collections within their geographical region.Develop new procedures and strategies using management information. Propose Regional improvements by the production of strategic action plans. Review and appraise the development potential of team members and training requirements to the Divisional Managers for succession planning. Develop training modules for the business to roll out to develop managersOrganise the team for events such as Conference presentations, Courier Roadshows, Panels and Regional Meetings projecting a professional image.Locate and agree new sub depot locations to assist growth within the business model. Liase with Depot Managers to ensure agreed service levels are maintained throughout the sub depot and delivery network to provide a consistent quality service to the Courier.Monitor and control the Field Team activity and results to ensure Company targets are achieved.Budget and financial control, managing against a target of cost per shipment

To help run and maintain service standards in the distribution of goods for third party clients. Ensuring health and safety is adhered and maintained whilst carrying out the related tasks. This is done inline with reducing costs and improving productivty.
