20 years and counting working for Woolworths. Worked with a lot of great leaders and people over that time. Always striving to be better and do better. Achieved high performance as a Fruit and Veg Team Leader and led teams across many stores across the state of Victoria in this role. Some highlights include setting the then National sales record for Mothers Day and Valentines Day for Floral sales in consecutive years at the Roxburgh Park store. Hosted 10 consecutive years the Woolworths Ramadan show case at Roxburgh Park which built awareness, capability and community engagement across the business. First year at the Roxburgh Park store profitability was increased by just over 200% compared to the previous year. Moved into the Grocery / Long Life space in 2017. Some of my highlights include reducing stock-loss and increasing profitability comparable to historical trends with a targeted routine based plan. Achieved Stock take budgets 5 consecutive years across multiple sites and stretched stock-loss in consecutive half year score cards. Proud of our Voice of the customer consistency across 3 years at Highlands under different Leaderships. Achieved High Performance in 2021 on the back of an all Blue score card and leading into a store renewal and exited out with another exceptional score card and stock take result. Just recently transferred to Craigieburn Town Centre to drive up store standards and challenge myself in the online and home delivery space.
