TWG Systems Ltd are a cloud development company focusing on the tourism market with Open Pass as our primary product. We have been programming cloud solutions for 12 years and dedicated to the tourism market for the past 8, producing products and bespoke work for DMOs and attractions. Our aim is to provide cloud technology to benefit the network of local tourism knowledge, attractions and vendors.Open Pass is an online system for selling and redeeming Tickets, Passes, Bookings and Itineraries. It provides the commercial step to convert great product into bookable product - getting the tourist to the attraction, the gate fee in their hand and commission to the vendor. It handles everything from sales through to the redemption of tickets and then balancing of accounts at the end of the month. We supply website APIs, web plugins for third party vendors and apps and portals for attractions to easily record and redeem tickets and passes.

Visit Cambridge & Beyond is the official tourism service for Cambridge and the surrounding areas in the United Kingdom.The service mission statement is to support the visitor economy, influence visitor trends and inform and advise the general public.This evolving and demanding role requires me to use multiple skills and experience to execute the necessary requirements - duties include; B2B account management for over 350 Members, management of all digital communications, including CMS and DMS website management, eDM platforms in line with corporate brand guidelines, Public Relations management and all printed media, including; Visitor Guides, Maps, Leaflets and Flyers.

My role was to project manage, generate sales and B2B account manage clients for an online lifestyle guide to Cambridge.My main responsibilities were to utilise online advertising space, create marketable content and to turn a profit. This included project management of website development and sales strategy, production of all associated literature and B2B Sales.Online responsibilities included CMS Management, SEO, Social Media, Marketing Communications and to manage and liaise with the graphic design team.Additional skills involved me initiating and developing mutually beneficial partnership and service level agreements with notable businesses, creation of marketable sales strategies and seasonal copy writing.

As a self-employed freelancer, I was solely responsible for project management and delivery of broadcast quality video productions for a varied client base.Skills included client liaison and development of a production brief for bespoke programme concepts, to create and coordinate a thorough pre-production strategy, manage budgets, location scouting, writing, directing and camera operation on location - in line with pre-production strategy.Final stages of production included edit, master, format and delivery of broadcast quality programmes - additional skills included management of external suppliers through pre/post and on set production processes.
