A volunteer organisation that runs a convention to raise money for charity

Working for Computershare, I have done various roles which involves share plan administration, share sales for employee share plans, transfers to brokers and dealing with customer and client queries professionally. I have handled large monetary amounts in regards to employee share plans, and I have dealt with various plans over the years, from the Share Investment Plans to Sharesave schemes.

As a technical support colleague, I was helping on calls with various support IT based support tasks. I was promoted to supervisor within two months of working for the company, which involved long hour working, overnight working and helping with escalation queries.
