Such cases required me to request the files from Claimant solicitors and asses the files in much the same way a draftsman would work.- I principally worked within the High Value and Complex team at LCN. Consequently, I have significant experience in negotiating settlement of large costs cases (often in excess of £100,000). - I am also highly experienced at drafting Points of Dispute and advices to clients.- Clients included major private insurers, public and private health bodies and state departments.
