• Provide effective sales, promotion and market development of HEW products within an assigned geographic area (Southern WV and Virginia).
• Organize, segment, and manage all channels of the residential building process within the assigned geography.
• Develop long-term relationships with channel key influencers and indirect customer/contacts.
• Resolve customer, product, or service issues and recommend timely, corrective actions to avoid future incidents.
• Provide management team with weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on pricing, competitive and housing information, and promotional budget and expenses

• Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of the AdvanTech Building System (ABS) products.
• Process orders, calculate freight rates, correct credit issues, prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs.
• Plan and forecast future ABS product buys, ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs.
• Schedule and revise shipment plans ensuring efficient distribution of products.
• Responsible for reviewing Available to Promise reports, responding to changing sales trends and ensuring annual plan sales are achieved.

• Develop and maintain sales relationships with several customers.
• Product Manager – manage inventory and pricing based on market conditions.
• Member of the Safety Team.
• Contribute to team sales efforts through sales, marketing and product knowledge.

• Inside Engineered Wood Sales.
• Design residential engineered wood floor systems.
• Maintain engineered wood inventory and marginal pricing.
• Maintain rapport and sales accounts with several customers
