These tasks required the careful handling of time windows, writing detailed legal documents and a constant relationship with both public institutions and other attorneys. In addition, my work as an attorney has lead me to work along other attorneys in several cases. Parallel to this, I managed a real estate business were I had the opportunity to sell several properties and guide my clients through all the legal and commercial process:• Responsible for the handling of sensitive information regarding the case and effectively use the information to find a viable, legal and effective solution under the time windows given by the law (Costa Rica law).• Handling customers, who usually came to me under dire circumstances, give them legal advice and guide them through the legal obstacles.• For some of my clients I had to find properties to rent or buy for either housing or commercial use. I accompanied them through all the legal process and the selling process effectively fulfilling my clients’ requests.• Several of my clients handled companies with several legal issues, which I had to resolve, usually, with a tight budget and with a short period.
