Recently graduated from the University of Strathclyde with a Master's degree with distinction. My 4th year thesis concerned the flow of Newtonian fluids through microfluidic devices, conducted using ANSYS Fluent. 5th year group project involved the design, manufacture and testing of a low-cost prosthetic foot for low-income countries.I have achieved sustained academic success within the department as a whole, receiving consecutive Dean's certificates for high performance.Modules which I have found particularly engaging throughout my time at Strathclyde include thermodynanics, fluid mechanics, materials, pressure vessel design, CAED (solid modelling, finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics), mathematical modelling and analysis, mechanical engineering design and the 5th year group project.

Assisted in the design of water treatment works as before. Developed full mechanical design of a membrane cleaning and test rig. Assisted with parts/materials procurement where required.

Assisted in the design, manufacture and commissioning of water treatment works for various locations throughout Scotland. Main roles included designing small components for these plants and procuring any outstanding parts and materials required.
