As a member of the Student Stroke Team, I assist in enrolling patients into clinical trials for acutestroke and seizure. We are trained to identify stroke symptoms and match these to the necessary inclusion criteria for various trials such as POINT, SHINE, ACTION 2, ESSETT, ASSENT, and PRISMS. This includes attending Neurology rounds and working with patients in the Emergency Department at the UCLA Ronald Reagan Hospital.

Molecular biology, fluorescent imaging, anatomical dissection training, data analysis, presentations, basic husbandry.

As a student educator, I design and lead conversational tours and programs using the current exhibitions at the museum as a vehicle for discussion.
