• Led a team of eight instructors, training approximately three-hundred Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technicians annually, improving mission readiness and minimizing personnel risk in mission-critical operations• Directed over twenty-five hundred hours of high-risk training each year, including underwater explosives, diving, and anti-terrorism tactics, achieving zero safety incidents and 100% mission objective completion• Designed and implemented hardware and software solutions to streamline training, increasing instructional efficiency, upskilling instructors, and adapting methods to evolving global security challenges• Customized training plans based on specific organization needs and mission goals, consistently preparing operational units to meet mission objectives with improved performance metrics• Developed a digital feedback system to refine and expedite training improvements, reducing response time for skill gaps and increasing objective completion rates

• Managed training and deployment cycles for team members over a two-year period, successfully leading the team on deployment to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), achieving all mission objectives• Led training initiatives for international partner teams, coordinating two groups to provide instruction in five key skill areas, improving the team’s adaptability, capabilities, and overall efficiency in training and operations• Designed and implemented streamlined training protocols for UAE forces, enabling more efficient and safer training sessions with reduced risks during both practice and real-world operations• Oversaw the logistics, transport, and storage of six million dollars in critical equipment, coordinating six international relocations without incident, and meeting all operational and strategic targets
