I provide desktop support for the manufacturing office here in Charleston and remote support for the rest of the Alcami's locations.

Maintained network and voice operations of more than 30 remote offices. Worked with Cisco Unified Communications Manager in setup of various model phones (79XX and 69XX series), hunt pilots, line groups, and Agent and CSQ configurations in Contact Center Express. Made use of Solarwinds’ Orion Network Performance Monitor to oversee network availability and maintained relationships with various carriers to ensure timely issue resolution. With supervision, configured VLANs, routing, and DHCP scopes for newly implemented offices. Gained experience with VMware vSphere 5.5 for managing multiple high-availability ESXi hosts both on-site and at the remote DR Data Center. Managed corporate antivirus systems: Symantec, ESET Endpoint Protection, TrendMicro.

Supported 700+ users and 1000 devices in a help desk environment, remotely and on-site. Devices included Windows desktops and laptops, iOS and Android phones and tablets. Troubleshot various systems issues related to Windows Server, Remote Desktop Services, and the EMR. Documented issues encountered with Solarwinds Web Help Desk and SharePoint, followed up with end users over implemented resolutions. Visited remote offices to provide on-site support when requested.
