Over eight years of experience across all aspects of Institutional/Corporate banking with a focus on Natural Resources and more recently; Property Finance (Development & Investment). Although I am technically proficient, I believe my biggest strength is my ability to build and leverage relationships.My deal exposure includes:- Pitches and bid tenders under various funding structures primarily consisting of syndicated andbilateral bank debt however I also have some exposure to Project Finance, M&A and DCM funding- Detailed financial modelling and forecasting including building cash flow models from the ground upbased on formal training provided by SumProduct (ex Corality)- Coordination of loan documentation process including liaising with the client, internal and externallegal counsels.
