Service Advisor
CurrentServing multiple roles at Kooy Brothers, I provide service consultation for home owners with their small engine equipment. I have also designed and rolled out contracted service plans for tractors being used by condominium property managers. This program has grown 300% over the 3 years that it has been rolled out. In addition I also locate and plan for recalls that require completion for equipment that is in the field. I also track and maintain demo and loaner equipment that is being used by our customer. These roles are performed concurrently with the day to day roles that a service advisor performs.
