During my time at Jordan Ford I was able to grow business over 30% year over year two years in a row both in volume and in net income. In 2011 the store also earned its first presidents award with Ford in 26 years. I consistently had a deep focus on inventory management and turn as well as proper ordering. The staff had not experienced any turn over in over 2 years as well and was a very cohesive team that worked together on all aspects of the sale.
