I am capable of many skill sets., IT, Mechanical, Electrical, and more. I enjoy problem solving. I was taught if you want something in life you should work towards it. Hard work is a reward in itself. That being said I do not think work should be a overly frustrating environment. I try to treat all my employee's with the respect they deserve. Compliments when difficult tasks are achieved are a must. In the past I have worked for, ESSEX corp., Untied Technologies, Steel Weld Robotics, Preferred Technical Group, and DANA Corp. I have held various titles and jobs at each of the companies not limited to the one's listed above . I currently am the Plant Manager (13 years) for Mitchell Industries Inc. a small company that makes the best strand in the industry. I also was a Music major in the Audio Engineering school of Music at I.U. Music is my passion.
