Program Finance Manager
Current• Ensure regular and complete financial reporting from partners including consistency between partners’ financial reports and grant agreements• Support fundraising staff on the development of budgets for proposals• Support partners to develop their overall financial and governance capabilities• Oversee the financial reporting of partner organisations and ensure that all funds sent to partner organisations are reported on in accordance with grant agreements.• Work with partner organisations and develop budgets for funding proposals, including complex budgets involving multiple funders.• Ensure partners understand financial reporting requirements. • Provide direct training or coaching in financial reporting and management capacity building.• Help partners with their overall finance systems. • Support (or prepare) organisational partners to get be audited.
