• Experienced in the development and assessment of onsite Plant Mechanical Integrity Programs and inspection work Management Processes including; Inspection practices and procedures, Inspection reports and recommendation management, development of inspection strategies and planning, • Proficient in the development of specific Fixed Equipment Inspection Plans based on design and process variables, (including IOWs) applicable code requirements, credible damage mechanisms, and equipment history to include past inspection results. • Experienced in the development of shutdown/turnaround inspection work scope and subsequent step out planning. • Shutdown Lead Inspector for the execution of the fixed equipment inspections during plant outage. Able to provide repair recommendations that provide the plant with all available options based on the plants turnaround objectives. • Shutdown Inspector providing fixed equipment internal and external inspections providing both qualitative and quantitative data for assessment including; risk evaluations and/or fitness for service as required. • Experienced in the practices of Risk Based Inspections (RBI) in accordance with API 580. Familiar with the application of RBMI software. Experienced in the practices of Fitness for Service (FFS) in accordance with API 579.• Experienced in Non-Destructive Testing disciplines with an understanding and of the applications including advantages and possible limitations. • Experienced in the application of QA/QC programs for the new construction of or the repair of, pressure vessels, above ground storage tanks and process piping systems.• Experienced with the applications of corrosion monitoring programs such as: Meridium, Ultrapipe, and PCMS, as well as many other generic inspection risk and management programs. • Safety and Incident free: Self-motivated to work safely and demonstrate safe work practice as a peer and mentor.
