Responsibilities consist of primarily supporting and training producers and their teams to utilize Herd Manager, the technology software where virtual fences, herds, and grazing data are created, managed, and viewed. In addition, I support producers in identifying potential issues with Cattle Rider collars, RF coverage issues, and user error which is categorized as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support. If necessary, I support producers in Tier 3 support by collecting information about their issues and passing it to the engineers to help find resolutions and the next best steps for their success.

During my time working for Craig’s Handyman Services I have been responsible for maintaining yards, and commercial properties by operating various types of machines, which include but are not limited to, different types of mowers, weed eaters, and hedge trimmers. In addition, I have learned how to keep maintenance of the equipment by cleaning, changing oil and oil filters to allow the equipment to function properly.
