Works closely with the CEO to set product roadmap, staffing & feature prioritization. MethodsOwn and drive the product life-cycle. The process for innovating, creating, developing, testing, releasing, and maintaining Jazel’s suite of products, ensuring the product schedule is on time and is aligned with Jazel’s vision.Identify and address knowledge gaps, and ensure common understanding across the product team. Fill in where needed to elevate and train team members while keeping the perspective of pushing knowledge left.Optimize product through intuition, analysis of quantitative test data, and qualitative research. (Operational Excellence)Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage and efficiency in cost and performance. (R&D / competitive advantage)Maintain current on all web technology standards and compliance regulations.
