Daniel Terry is a Operations Manager @ Grid Finder at Grid Finder. Colleagues describe him as "I first recommended Dan to RaceDepartment as a community manager in 2021, but it quickly became apparent that his true passion was in esports production. I brought him over to Simracing.GP at the beginning of 2022, and Dan hasn't looked back since. In fact, we recently promoted him to Head of Esports, and he's thriving in this new role. During his time at Simracing.GP, Dan has managed some of the biggest tournaments in sim racing esports history, including the Logitech G Challenge 2022, which had a prize pool of over $150,000. He's also developed a talent for formulating strategies and pitching ideas to clients, such as the Simracing Expo 2022 Professional Trophy, which he conceived and managed end-to-end. It was considered a huge success. Watching Dan unlock his potential has been one of the highlights of my career, and I'm excited to see what else he'll achieve in the future.
